Hello, I'm Dot Zacharias! I am passionate about helping people make positive changes to their sleep with practical and positive guidance and support! In this webinar, I will walk you through my framework for how to create your very own personal sleep plan that you can immediately implement and see the results with better sleep. We will look at the science of sleep, habits, behaviours, environment, mindset, beliefs and I will give you my own yoga nidra audio to help you relax and sleep more easily.
