About the Event

Join me on Friday lunchtime for a 30-minute yoga nidra session to reset, restore, re-boot and wind down from a busy week. I have scheduled the session for 45 minutes to give you time to fully stretch and wake up before getting back to your day!

All you need is a good internet connection and a space to lie down (or sit down) comfortably where you can hear my voice. 

Whether you practice yoga nidra, yoga, meditation or none of the above, this will be a truly relaxing moment to let go of everything, rest and reset. You can read more about iRest yoga nidra here.

The format for the session:

  • 10-minute short introduction / welcome
  • 25-minute yoga nidra practice
  • 10-minute window to wake up fully!

You must arrive within the first 5 minutes otherwise you will not be able to join the session because it will disturb others.
